This Privacy Policy describes how Zeniqle Private Limited ("Zeniqle AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through our Meta Platform integration in the Zeniqle Agents application. This policy specifically covers data accessed through the Facebook and Instagram APIs.

By connecting your Instagram Business account or Facebook Page to Zeniqle Agents, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. This policy supplements our general Privacy Policy.

3. Data We Collect Through Meta APIs

When you connect your Instagram Business account to Zeniqle Agents, we access and collect the following categories of data through the Meta Platform APIs:

3.1 Instagram Account Information

  • Instagram Business account ID and username
  • Profile picture URL
  • Account type and category
  • Connected Facebook Page information

3.2 Instagram Direct Messages

  • Message content (text, images, attachments) sent to and from your Instagram Business account
  • Sender and recipient information
  • Message timestamps
  • Conversation thread metadata

3.3 Content Publishing Data

  • Media content (photos, videos) uploaded for publishing
  • Captions and hashtags
  • Publishing schedules and timestamps
  • Post performance metrics (likes, comments, reach)

3.4 Authentication Data

  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted)
  • Permission grants and scopes
  • Token expiration information

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected through Meta APIs exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Automated DM Responses: Processing incoming Instagram Direct Messages to generate and send AI-powered automated responses on behalf of your business account.
  • Content Publishing: Publishing scheduled content (posts, stories) to your Instagram Business account as configured by you.
  • Engagement Automation: Managing automated workflows for customer engagement, including welcome messages and follow-up sequences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Providing you with insights and performance metrics about your Instagram account activity managed through our platform.
  • Service Improvement: Improving the accuracy and relevance of our AI-powered automation features.

5. Data We Do NOT Collect or Use

  • We do not sell your data to any third parties.
  • We do not use your data for advertising or ad targeting purposes.
  • We do not share your Instagram data with other users of our platform.
  • We do not access personal messages from non-business Instagram accounts.
  • We do not collect data beyond what is necessary for the features you have enabled.

6. Meta Platform Permissions

Zeniqle Agents requests the following Meta Platform permissions. Each permission is used solely for its stated purpose:

To read basic profile information of connected Instagram Business accounts and display account details in the Zeniqle Agents dashboard.

instagram_business_manage_messages

To send and receive Instagram Direct Messages on behalf of the connected business account, enabling automated customer support and engagement workflows.

instagram_business_content_publish

To publish photos, videos, and carousel posts to the connected Instagram Business account through the content scheduling and publishing system.

instagram_business_manage_comments

To read and respond to comments on posts from the connected business account, enabling automated comment moderation and engagement.

instagram_business_manage_insights

To access account and content performance metrics, providing analytics on reach, engagement, and audience demographics to help optimize content strategy.

7. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers.
  • Access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • All data transmission uses TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only, on a need-to-know basis.
  • We conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
  • We maintain audit logs of all data access operations.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Instagram data. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database services) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

  • If you disconnect your account, we will delete your data within 90 days.

  • Certain data may be retained longer if required by law.

10. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of all your data at any time. To request data deletion:

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently delete all your data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

11. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
  • Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your data at any time.
  • Right to Disconnect: Revoke Zeniqle Agents' access to your Instagram account at any time.

12. Children's Privacy

Zeniqle Agents is designed for use by businesses and is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Zeniqle Agents after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
